A leading international law firm is seeking a Commercial & Technology Associate (2+ PQE) to join its growing Commercial team in Southampton. This opportunity offers exposure to high-quality commercial contracting, technology, digital transformation, and outsourcing work for a diverse client base ranging from multinational corporates to fast-growing businesses.
The Team
The Commercial team is part of a nationally recognised practice advising clients across a broad range of sectors, including technology, healthcare, energy, financial services, manufacturing, and retail.
- Working closely with colleagues across the firm's UK offices, the team supports clients on business-critical commercial arrangements, technology projects, and complex contractual matters.
- The Southampton office is a key part of the firm's continued regional growth strategy and offers the opportunity to undertake City-quality work within a collaborative and flexible environment.

- Commercial contracts and strategic business arrangements

Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- 2+ years' PQE in commercial contracts, technology, IT, or outsourcing matters
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Experience gained within a recognised commercial or technology practice
- Commercially minded with excellent client relationship skills
- UK-trained and retained lawyer preferred
