Your Impact

We’re looking for a seasoned commercial professional with experience delivering major programmes, ideally within large-scale engineering and infrastructure projects valued between £10m and £100m+. Experience in industries such as Energy (Nuclear, Wind, Solar, Oil and Gas), Datacentres and the like will be highly regarded. • Administer FIDIC Contracts, ensuring compliance with contract conditions and effective delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain key contract documentation, including early warning notices, variations and claim responses.
  • Understand and administer price fluctuation clauses.
  • Draft position papers, prepare commercial reports and author change events to support project decisions.
  • Apply your understanding of construction technology, cost drivers and supply chain management to optimise outcomes.
  • Support direct reports and early-career team members, to build capability across the commercial function.
  • Engage confidently with stakeholders, providing clear advice and updates.
  • Engage with team members and contractors in a confident, professional, and collaborative manner, fostering constructive relationships while assertively ensuring that the client’s contractual rights and obligations are always protected.
  • Take ownership of challenges and deliver solutions from start to finish with limited need for direction.
  • Contribute to strategic commercial planning and decision-making to support project success.
  • Support and contribute to ongoing continuous improvement initiatives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
