Are you passionate about food and looking to take the next step in your career? We're seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Commis Chef to join our talented kitchen team at The Duke's Head Hotel, Kings Lynn.

Situated in a prime town-centre location, The Duke’s Head is a historic hotel in the heart of King’s Lynn, where period charm meets contemporary style. The property features 80 spacious guest rooms, alongside a much-loved restaurant, lounge, and vibrant bar.

Key Responsibilities as our Commis Chef:

  • Prepare and cook ingredients.
  • Assist with food preparation and service during busy periods.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment.
  • Follow all food hygiene, health and safety, and COSHH procedures.
  • Support stock rotation and help minimize food waste.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a busy kitchen team.

  • Previous kitchen experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
