Commis Chef - Energy

Up to £16 per hour depending on experience | 40 Hours per Week | 5 Days out of 7

Ready to take your culinary career to the next level?

We're looking for a passionate and motivated Commis Chef to join our team at Energy. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills, learn from experienced chefs, and progress your career within one of the UK's leading food service companies.

Whether you're an established Commis Chef looking for a new challenge or a recent catering college graduate with kitchen experience, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Support the kitchen team in preparing and serving high-quality food
  • Learn and develop your culinary skills across different sections
  • Assist with food preparation, presentation, and service
  • Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
  • Support stock rotation and kitchen organisation
  • Help deliver an exceptional dining experience for customers

What We're Looking For

  • A genuine passion for food and hospitality
  • Some experience working in a professional kitchen environment
  • Catering qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent) desirable
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
  • Flexible approach to working hours
