As a Commis Chef, you will play a key role in supporting the kitchen team, assisting in the preparation of high-quality dishes while learning and developing your culinary skills. You will work closely with senior chefs, gaining valuable experience in a high-end restaurant setting.
Key Criteria
- Previous experience as a Commis Chef or in a similar entry-level kitchen role within a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel.
- A basic understanding of culinary techniques and a willingness to learn and develop skills, with an interest in Italian cuisine, is preferred.
- Passion for cooking, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards in food preparation and presentation.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and support senior chefs in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in a dynamic kitchen setting.
