Are you a passionate and dedicated culinary enthusiast eager to hone your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen? Firmdale Hotels, renowned for our luxury boutique hotels in London and New York, is looking for a talented Commis Chef to join our highly successful team at the Haymarket Hotel.

As a Commis Chef, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen, working across various sections to develop a broad range of culinary skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting senior chefs in preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standard.
- Ensuring all food items are prepared and presented in accordance with our stringent quality and presentation guidelines.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to maintain a clean, organised, and efficient work environment.
- Contributing creatively to menu development and daily specials.
- Upholding all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe kitchen environment.
What you Need:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a high-volume, high-quality establishment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality dishes.
- A genuine passion for food and the culinary arts.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- The ability to thrive in a team-oriented setting, demonstrating reliability and a positive attitude.
