Responsibilities:

• Assisting senior chefs in preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standard.
• Ensuring all food items are prepared and presented in accordance with our stringent quality and presentation guidelines.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to maintain a clean, organised, and efficient work environment.
• Contributing creatively to menu development and daily specials.
• Upholding all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe kitchen environment.

What you Need:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a high-volume, high-quality establishment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality dishes.
• A genuine passion for food and the culinary arts.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• The ability to thrive in a team-oriented setting, demonstrating reliability and a positive attitude.
