Purpose of the role:
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Commis Chef to join the fine dining kitchen team at our prestigious Pall Mall clubhouse.
This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring chef who is keen to learn, develop their culinary skills, and progress their career within a professional and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food under the supervision of senior chefs.
- Ensure all standard operating procedures are adhered to ensure a consistent delivery of excellence and positive member experience.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
About you:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- A genuine interest in a career in high-end hospitality
- Ability to listen, follow instructions, and work well with others
- Adaptable and ready to take on new challenges
- Basic food hygiene skills
- NVQ levels 1 and 2 completed or in progress
