We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Commis Chef to join our kitchen team and help deliver exceptional food experiences for our guests.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your culinary skills, gain experience across different areas of the kitchen and learn from experienced hospitality professionals.

What You'll Be Doing
- Support the preparation and presentation of food across kitchen operations
- Assist chefs with food preparation and service delivery
- Learn and develop culinary skills across different sections of the kitchen
- Ensure food is prepared safely and in line with company standards
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene
- Support stock rotation and storage procedures
- Assist with the smooth running of kitchen service
- Follow food safety, health and safety and company procedures at all times
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen environment

What We're Looking For
- Passion for food and hospitality
- Previous kitchen experience is desirable but not essential
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to high standards of quality and cleanliness
