Requirements
- Prior experience as a Commis Chef in a 4 or 5 star hotel environment
- Exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Genuine passion for hospitality
- Understanding the importance of creating a warm, professional, and seamless guest experience
- All applicants must be legally eligible to work in the UK.
Responsibilities
- Assist in ensuring all mis en place is stored, date coded and rotated in line with the company food safety policy.
- Be compliant in the preparation and service of dishes as laid down by the departments SOP and in line with company red star standards.
- Suggest suitable ideas that will improve service standards or operational procedures in the department.
- Ensure understanding and compliance of the hotels food and health and safety policies.
- Attend company and departmental training sessions as requested.

We are looking for a warm, professional, and attentive Commis Chef to join our Kitchen team at Royal Lancaster London. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you will play an integral role in delivering a genuine and personalised welcome, setting the tone for an exceptional stay. With a natural passion for service and an eye for detail, you will ensure each guest experience begins and ends with effortless hospitality and care.
