Job Description
We are seeking a Commiss Chef, someone with a passion for constantly delivering the brand standards in a kitchen environment and keen to learn more to progress.
You will be required to work in a clean and efficient manner, ability to work under pressure without losing your cool. You'll work closely with our kitchen team to deliver an unforgettable dining experience.
We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts. This means flexibility is required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends.
Key Requirements:
- Sound understanding of Food Safety Practices.
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for food and display very high standards of production and presentation.
- Working understanding of and the ability to maintain food safety standards and HACCP.
- Excellent communication.
- Impeccably groomed and presented.
- Capacity to multitask, cope well under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications:
- Qualified Chef (Commercial Cookery Cert IV or international equivalent).
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a similar role.
Additional Information:
- You must have the right to work in the UK.
