We are looking for Commis Chefs to join the team at Liverpool FC.
As a Commis Chef, you will support our senior chefs in delivering high-quality food across our stadium on a matchday and during events. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the early stages of their chef career who is eager to learn, develop their skills, and gain experience within a fast-paced stadium environment.
What will you be doing?
As part of our culinary brigade, you will play a vital role in helping deliver exceptional food experiences to supporters, guests, and VIP clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the preparation and cooking of food to the highest standards.
- Ensuring all food is prepared in line with recipes, portion control guidelines, and presentation standards.
- Maintaining high levels of cleanliness, organisation, and safety within your section.
- Following all food safety, allergen, and hygiene procedures at all times.
- Supporting stock rotation and minimising waste in line with company guidelines.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service across all areas.
- Demonstrating a positive attitude and willingness to learn from senior chefs.
Who are we looking for?
- Some previous experience in a professional kitchen environment (placement, apprenticeship, or similar desirable).
- A Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and remain calm under pressure.
- A strong team-player mindset with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Enthusiasm for developing skills.

This is a full-time perm position working 40 hours per week. Your main base will be Anfield Stadium.
