We’re on the looking for a passionate and guest-focused Commis-Runner to become a valued part of our outstanding Straits Kitchen Restaurant & Bar team at Pan Pacific London. You bring confidence, empathy, and professionalism to every interaction, whether with guests or colleagues. JOB SUMMARY
As a Commis Runner in our Straits Kitchen Restaurant & Bar, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional, personalised experiences for every guest. You will be a true ambassador of Pan Pacific London, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain complete knowledge of all menu items, preparation method/time, ingredients, sauces, portion sizes, garnishes, presentation and prices.
- Perform the preparation of station and kitchen pass, ensuring compliance to departmental standards.
- Anticipate service staff needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all staff, however busy and whatever time of day.
- Ensure that all dining areas are cleared, maintained and reset according to department procedures.
- Perform table set-ups; check for cleanliness, neatness and agreement to departmental standards whenever requested.
