The Last Exchange

The Last Exchange is a bold new concept from Individual Restaurants, inspired by the character and energy of London's historic markets. Combining exceptional British food, properly made drinks and genuine hospitality, we're creating a pub experience that celebrates quality, craftsmanship and great people.

Role Overview

As a Commiss / Back Bar Front of House Team Member, you'll be the engine behind great service, ensuring our bars, service stations and guest areas are fully stocked, organised and ready for every shift.

Working closely with the Front of House, Bar and Kitchen teams, you'll play an important role in delivering seamless service and memorable guest experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support both Front of House and Back of House teams whenever required, ensuring smooth day to day operations across the venue.
  • Maintaining stock levels of drinks, glassware, ice and bar supplies.
  • Keeping cellar, storage and service areas organised and service-ready.
  • Assisting with food running, clearing and resetting tables.
  • Supporting both Front and Back of House teams during busy periods.
  • Maintaining exceptional cleanliness, safety and presentation standards.
  • Delivering warm and professional guest interactions when required.
  • Embracing a "One Team, One Guest Experience" culture.
