Waldorf Astoria London - Admiralty Arch is seeking Commis Waiters for Café Boulud Restaurant to join the pre-opening team for this highly anticipated new luxury hotel opening later this year.
This is a unique opportunity for experienced luxury hoteliers to join the founding team and help shape the guest experience at this landmark hotel.
Located at the end of The Mall opposite Buckingham Palace, Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch will feature 100 elegant rooms and suites and 17,500 sqft of private residences. The hotel will open with two signature restaurants - Coreus by Clare Smyth and Café Boulud by Daniel Boulud - bringing together two of the world’s most celebrated Michelin-starred chefs. Guests will also enjoy a world-class spa, state-of-the-art fitness facilities, and a collection of grand event spaces, including a ballroom for up to 320 guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Commis Waiter for Café Boulud Restaurant, you will support the service team in delivering warm, attentive, and seamless service to our guests. Working closely with Waiters, Supervisors, and Managers, you will play an important role in ensuring service areas are impeccably prepared, food and beverages are delivered efficiently, and every guest enjoys a refined luxury dining experience.
You will be responsible for the following, performed to the highest standards of luxury hospitality:
- Support the restaurant team in delivering exceptional guest service throughout breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner service
- Prepare and maintain mise en place, service stations, and dining areas to ensure operational readiness at all times
- Assist in the accurate delivery of food and beverages, ensuring presentation standards are consistently met
- Clear and reset tables promptly and professionally to maintain a pristine dining environment
- Respond courteously to guest requests and communicate any requirements to senior team members
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu items and daily offerings to support guest enquiries
- Ensure all equipment, crockery, cutlery, and glassware are clean, polished, and available for service
- Follow all hotel policies relating to food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and security procedures
- Uphold Hilton grooming and presentation standards, maintaining a polished and professional appearance at all times
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across Food & Beverage operations to deliver memorable guest experiences
