Responsible for participating in all activities of the Club, to contribute to the smooth running of the Restaurant, ensuring the highest levels of guest service.
- Manage and control all duties and mis-en-place through all the different service times.
- Have a thorough knowledge of all food and beverage items on sale to members.
- Have a comprehensive knowledge of the table layout and numbers for each room.
- Complete the cleaning rota on a daily basis.
- Be punctual and adhere to a weekly rota.
- Be able to work within a team efficiently and effectively.
- Give constructive input when required.
- Have a sound knowledge of all details relevant to the building.
- Always maintain good customer relations with our members and their guests.
- Have the knowledge and ability to set up all rooms to their original floor plan.
- Make sure the main fridge is stocked, clean and tidy at all times before each service.
- Make sure that the bread station is always stocked, clean and tidy.
- Make sure the coffee station is stocked and kept consistently clean and presentable.
- Constantly checking the coffee and tea stock levels.
- Make sure that the glasswasher is ready before service and always kept clean.
- Make sure the linen cupboard is stocked properly and always kept clean and tidy.
- Ensuring all crockery and silverware is cleaned and polished to the highest standard.
- Responsible for delivering drinks/beverages from the bar.
- Responsible for making all hot drinks and delivering them to the table.
- Be fully knowledgeable of the menu dishes and concept.
- Responsible for delivering dishes/food from the kitchen pass to the tables.
