THE TEAM

You will join our Food and Beverage team, reporting to the Outlet Manager. Working alongside the restaurant, kitchen and management teams, you will provide essential operational support across the restaurant floor and kitchen, helping every service run smoothly and efficiently.

YOUR ROLE

As a Commis Waiter, you will deliver warm and genuine service with passion and dedication, helping us exceed our guests’ expectations. Through thoughtful preparation, teamwork and attention to detail, you will support both Front and Back of House operations and contribute to an efficient and memorable dining experience.

You will receive ongoing training and support to build your knowledge of our restaurants, service standards and Food and Beverage offering.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

  • Prepare and maintain service stations, ensuring cutlery, china, linen and other service items are clean, polished and ready for use.
  • Support the smooth delivery of service by running food and beverages to the appropriate restaurant stations.
  • Follow opening and closing procedures, the restaurant’s Order of Service and all Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Keep Front and Back of House areas clean, organised, fully stocked and ready throughout the shift.
  • Respond promptly to guest enquiries and operational issues, seeking support from a waiter, Head Waiter or manager when required.
  • Participate in service briefings, training and daily checks while communicating issues promptly to the wider team.

  • You are enthusiastic about learning our menus, restaurant layouts, service standards and ways of working.
