The role
As a Commis Waiter or Waitress, you will support the restaurant team in delivering exceptional service throughout every stage of the guest journey.
Working closely with the Chef de Rang and senior service team, you will assist with the preparation and maintenance of the restaurant, support service delivery, and help ensure every guest receives the warm, attentive, and personalised experience for which Four Seasons is renowned.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about hospitality and eager to develop within a Michelin starred environment.
What you will do
- Assist with setting up and preparing the restaurant before service
- Support the team by delivering food, beverages, and guest requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of tables, service stations, and restaurant areas throughout service
- Anticipate guest needs and respond with care and attention to detail
- Work closely with both kitchen and front of house teams to ensure a seamless dining experience
- Develop knowledge of menus, ingredients, wines, and beverages
- Support the delivery of Four Seasons and Pavyllon service standards at all times
- Contribute positively to a professional and collaborative team culture
What we are looking for
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
- Previous experience within a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is beneficial but not essential
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and professional approach
- Ability to perform in a fast paced service environment
- Good spoken English
- Right to Work in the UK

What to expect
- Full time position based on a 40 hour working week
- Five shifts per week across a rotating schedule
- Restaurant operation across lunch and dinner service
- Flexibility required across evenings, weekends, and public holidays
