What you’ll do
- Polishing and preparing cutlery, plates, and glasses
- Refilling restaurant stations with clean, polished serviceware
- Supporting the floor team with set-up and service duties
- Maintaining cleanliness across service areas, including pot wash and linen bins
- Sweeping and keeping the floor and terrace immaculate before and during service
- Assisting with end-of-service duties, ensuring everything is cleaned, organised, and ready for the next shift

What We’re Looking For
- A positive, can-do attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential; we’ll provide training.
