Role Description
This is a commission-based, remote B2B Outreach Specialist role. The specialist will identify and contact potential business clients through email, social media, and other outreach channels, introducing Mr. Boost Agency’s services and value propositions. Daily tasks include:

The role also involves:
- Maintaining accurate records of outreach activities
- Updating CRM or tracking spreadsheets
- Collaborating with team members to refine outreach messaging and strategies
Performance will be measured by lead quality, number of qualified meetings booked, and contribution to closed deals.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging prospects professionally and building rapport.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Training skills to effectively present service offerings and continuously improve outreach techniques.
- Candidates should possess Microsoft Excel skills to manage lead lists, track outreach metrics, and report results.
- Experience in B2B lead generation, appointment setting, or agency sales is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet performance targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, email outreach platforms, and social selling is a plus.
- Comfort with commission-based compensation and a strong drive to achieve measurable results.
