The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. You should have evidence of strong negotiation skills and an understanding of potential clients' decision-making, as well as the health and wellbeing benefits to organisations. Including how it differs from occupational health.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, engage and convert conversations into clients
- Build relationships with prospective clients by understanding their business and current requirements
- Maintain positive and well-paced contact with existing clients
- Manage sales pipeline
- Analyse the market and establish competitive advantages
- Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
- Presenting online and in person
- Research and keep up to date with industry data

Requirements of the role

- Experience in the full sales cycle, including deal closing.
- Strong negotiation skills whilst remaining professional and understanding of others
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- CRM experience is preferred
- Attend networking and sales events
- Attend business development meetings at clients' businesses.
- To be able to reach out/liaise with an agreed minimum of potential clients per day (changeable if attending businesses/events)
