Part-Time | Self-Employed | London | Media Production, Events & Brand Activations

Ehre Productions is a London-based media production and creative consultancy delivering video, photography, social-media content, event coverage, brand activations and Magic Mirror and photo-booth experiences for corporate, public-sector and private clients. Our delivered projects include two years as a community outreach partner for the Metropolitan Police and work for overseas government departments.

We are looking for an ambitious, well-connected Freelance Sales & Business Development Consultant to bring in new clients, open doors with decision-makers and help turn enquiries into confirmed projects. This is a 6-month, part-time, self-employed contract for services, with the chance of ongoing work by mutual agreement.

The opportunity

You will identify, develop and introduce new commercial opportunities for our services. Target clients include brands and businesses, creative, PR and advertising agencies, event organisers and venues, public-sector bodies and government departments, and talent and entertainment businesses, particularly in fashion, beauty, hospitality and luxury. You will create these opportunities through your own network, research, outreach, introductions and event attendance.

We want to build this with you. The clients you bring stay linked to you, and we will make sure you are credited for every introduction.

Key responsibilities

  • Research potential clients, agencies, brands and venues, and build a qualified pipeline of leads
  • Make warm and cold introductions and present our video, photography, event and activation services with confidence
  • Join agreed client meetings, events, exhibitions, trade shows and shoots
  • Introduce prospects to our team and support the early stages of the sales process
  • Assist with proposals, pitch decks and quotations where required
  • Share your pipeline updates using a simple agreed tracker

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who we're looking for

You have experience in sales, client acquisition, business development or account management, ideally in media production, events, marketing, creative agencies, hospitality, fashion or brand activations. Experience selling creative or event services helps but is not essential if you can show strong new-business results.

You should have:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, and confidence with senior decision-makers
  • A proactive approach to lead generation through LinkedIn, email, calls and networking
  • A professional network in relevant London industries, or a clear ability to build one
  • Excellent written English and consistent follow-up habits
  • Willingness to travel for agreed meetings, events and shoots
  • The legal right to work in the UK

Fees, commission and expenses

  • Commission: 17%-22% after direct production costs
  • Eligible work: New client projects you introduce with a total value of £1,000 or above, across all our services
  • Repeat work: Commission continues on repeat business from your clients for up to 12 months
  • After your contract: You keep earning commission on projects from clients you introduced for 3 months after the engagement ends
  • Expenses: Pre-agreed costs, such as event tickets and travel, are reimbursed when approved in writing beforehand. The exact percentage, cost calculation, lead registration and payment timing will be confirmed in writing with shortlisted candidates before work begins. You are responsible for your own tax and National Insurance.
