About SensorComms

SensorComms is a Cork-based company developing modular hardware and AWS-powered SaaS/IoT solutions for real-time asset monitoring. Our team brings over 30 years of experience delivering industrial and automotive solutions for major multinational OEMs. We're already live with customers including Munster Technological University and Bourns, and currently running a monitoring programme with a major utility network.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a self-employed sales agent to open up the Commercial Property Asset Management sector for SensorComms. Our proprietary hardware significantly reduces internal wiring and centralises reporting for monitored building assets, cutting installation cost and complexity for landlords, facilities managers and building services teams, while giving them real-time dashboards and centralised alerting across their portfolio.

What you'll be doing

  • Identifying and closing new business with commercial property owners, facilities management companies and building services/BMS integrators, using your existing network and relationships in the sector.

What we're looking for

  • A proven track record selling into facilities management, building controls/BMS, energy management, or PropTech.
  • Existing relationships with commercial landlords, FM companies or building services integrators.
  • Comfortable working self-employed, commission-only, with autonomy over your own pipeline.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
