GranOps is looking for self-employed Sales Partners to introduce our smart digital loyalty and prepaid cards to independent coffee shops, fitness studios and beauty salons. This is a commission-only role with one of the highest rates around: 80%.
ABOUT GRANOPS
We help independent businesses bring customers back.
- Loyalty cards replace paper stamp cards. Customers keep the card in their phone's wallet, it fills up automatically as they buy, and it rewards them for returning.
- Prepaid cards let customers pay in advance, for example a coffee bundle, a class pack or a salon credit. The business gets paid up front and the customer has a reason to return.
Owners also get a simple dashboard showing who their regulars are and how the cards are being used. It costs £30 a month + VAT.
THE ROLE
Find independent cafés, gyms, studios and salons in your city, show them GranOps and sign them up. How and when you work is up to you: walk into businesses, use your contacts, network or prospect online. We provide training, a demo account and sales materials.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
Graduate Consultant — 2026 Scheme
Why you're a good match
StrongYour economics background and your summer at a regional bank line up with what PwC looks for on the consulting scheme. Applications close in four weeks.
See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
WHAT YOU EARN
For every client you sign, you get £24 a month (80% of the £30 fee, before VAT) for up to 12 months while they stay subscribed. That's up to £288 per client.
Your income builds up, because each new client adds to what you're already earning. For example:
Sign 2 clients a week
→ about £620/month after 3 months
→ about £1,250/month after 6 months
→ about £2,500/month after 12 months
Sign 5 clients a week
→ about £1,560/month after 3 months
→ about £3,120/month after 6 months
→ about £6,240/month after 12 months
Sign 10 clients a week (2 a day)
→ about £3,120/month after 3 months
→ about £6,240/month after 6 months
→ about £12,480/month after 12 months
These figures assume every client stays subscribed. Commission on each client ends after their 12th month, so income levels off at around the 12-month figure if you keep signing at the same rate. Actual earnings depend entirely on how many clients you sign and keep.
Our most ambitious target is 2–4 new clients a day. If you can sustain that, this role pays very well.
