Role Description

The Commission Sales Associate role is a remote position focused on identifying prospective clients, presenting services, and closing new business opportunities. Day-to-day activities include researching target markets, generating leads through outreach methods, conducting virtual meetings or calls, and following up consistently to move prospects through the sales pipeline. The role involves preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and deals in CRM or tracking tools. Commission Sales Associates will collaborate with internal partners to ensure client needs are understood and service offerings are aligned. This position is commission-based, with earnings tied directly to individual sales performance.

The position is onboard D&V Partners Card Readers Outreach team, you will be connecting with new clients to onboard them onto our card payment systems.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability in outbound prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management.
  • Strong skills in virtual communication, including phone, video conferencing, and professional email writing.
  • Experience with basic sales tools such as CRM systems, spreadsheets, and online research platforms.
  • Proven negotiation, closing, and relationship-building capabilities with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in a remote, commission-based environment.
  • Ability to understand and explain service offerings clearly and adapt messaging to different client needs.
  • Prior sales or business development experience is highly beneficial; experience in consulting or professional services is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
