Role Description
This is a full-time, remote Commission Sales Associate role based in Pendle. The Commission Sales Associate will identify and contact potential advertisers, sponsors, and partners, presenting Pendle Insider’s media offerings and audience reach. Day-to-day tasks include:

The role involves maintaining relationships with existing clients, monitoring campaign performance, and coordinating with editorial and marketing teams to align sales opportunities with content initiatives. The associate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, tracking activities, and representing Pendle Insider professionally at local events and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in media, advertising, or related fields.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with diverse clients.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, including experience working with sales pipelines, CRM systems, or similar tools.
- Understanding of or interest in local politics, community issues, and the media landscape in Pendle and surrounding areas.
- Comfort working on a commission-based compensation structure and meeting or exceeding defined sales targets.
- Ability to work in Pendle, engage with local businesses in person, and attend community or networking events as needed.
- Basic proficiency with office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation tools) and willingness to learn new digital tools.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles and a commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory, and inclusive professional conduct.
