Independent Sales Agent - Premium Timber Lodges
Pogara | Evolved Timber Spaces
Pogara is looking for an experienced and driven Independent Sales Agent to help grow sales of our premium timber lodges and living spaces.
This is a self-employed, commission-only opportunity with uncapped earning potential. There is no basic salary associated with the role.
We’re looking for someone who can both manage enquiries generated through Pogara and actively develop new business opportunities of their own.

What you’ll be doing
- Responding to and managing prospective customer enquiries
- Understanding customers’ requirements and recommending suitable lodge options
- Following up quotations and opportunities
- Arranging customer meetings and lodge viewings
- Developing relationships with holiday parks, landowners, developers and private clients
- Identifying and generating new sales opportunities
- Taking customers from initial enquiry through to confirmed order
Who we’re looking for
We’re particularly interested in speaking with people who have experience within:
- Holiday lodge sales
- Park homes and holiday homes
- Caravan sales
- Leisure and holiday park industries
- Modular buildings or garden rooms
- Property or other high-value sales environments

You’ll need to be confident, professional and comfortable building relationships with customers purchasing a high-value product.
Previous experience within the lodge/holiday park sector and an existing network of contacts would be a significant advantage.
Important
This is an independent/self-employed, commission-only sales opportunity and not a salaried position.
There is no cap on earnings, and enhanced commission is available for customers and opportunities generated directly by the sales agent.
