Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Commission Sales Associate. The Commission Sales Associate will identify and engage prospective business customers, present Card Transact’s payment solutions, and explain product features, pricing, and service benefits.

The role involves building long-term relationships, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process. The position is commission-based, with earnings tied directly to successful sales performance.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in outbound sales, prospecting, and closing deals in a B2B environment.
- Ability to clearly explain technical and financial products, and tailor solutions to customer needs.
- Competence in using CRM systems, online communication tools, and basic office software.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
- Prior experience in payments, financial services, POS systems, or SaaS sales is beneficial.
- Reliable internet connection and a professional home-working setup.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in business, marketing, or related fields is an advantage.
