Company Description

SpecifiVA Ltd helps professional services businesses build reliable offshore teams so their in-house staff can focus on higher-value work instead of repetitive tasks. The company serves clients in sectors such as hospitality and serviced accommodation, accountancy, legal, real estate, and operations leadership. SpecifiVA provides dedicated remote teams that support a wide range of functions, including general admin, helpdesk, finance, business analysis, operations coordination, and executive-level support. By integrating into clients’ existing systems and staying involved in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management, SpecifiVA offers a flexible, cost-effective workforce that scales with business needs. Clients retain full control while benefiting from increased capacity and efficiency.

Role Description

The Commission Sales Executive is a remote, contract role responsible for generating new business and growing revenue by promoting SpecifiVA’s offshore team solutions to professional services firms. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying prospects, conducting discovery calls, presenting tailored service offerings, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through to closing deals. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers, preparing proposals, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients, and tracking pipeline activity in CRM tools. The person in this role will also monitor market trends, provide feedback on client needs, and collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies and achieve agreed commission-based targets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
