Company Description

SpecifiVA Ltd helps professional services businesses build reliable offshore teams so their in-house staff can focus on high-value work instead of repetitive tasks. The company primarily serves clients in hospitality and serviced accommodation, accountancy, legal, real estate, and operational leadership roles who are looking to scale efficiently and manage costs. SpecifiVA provides dedicated remote teams that support a wide range of functions, from general admin and helpdesk work to qualified finance support and senior operational roles. The company integrates with clients’ existing systems and processes and remains involved in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management, ensuring a smooth, long-term partnership. This approach gives clients flexible, cost-effective workforce solutions while maintaining full control over their operations.

Role Description

This is a fully remote role for Commission Sales Executives (subcontractor) with a solid black book of key decision makers. The role involves identifying and qualifying prospective clients, conducting outreach via phone, email, and online channels, and presenting SpecifiVA’s offshore team solutions in a clear, consultative manner. Commission Sales Executives will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including discovery calls, needs analysis, proposal development, and closing new business. They will maintain an active pipeline in the CRM, follow up consistently, and collaborate with operations and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth handover of new clients. Daily responsibilities include meeting activity and revenue targets, monitoring market trends, and providing feedback to improve sales messaging and campaigns.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
