Role Description
This full-time hybrid Commissioned Sales Associate role is based in the United Kingdom, with a mix of on-site work and some work from home. The role involves actively prospecting and engaging new customers, managing existing client relationships, and promoting PARD’s night vision and thermal imaging products to retailers, distributors, and end users. Daily responsibilities include:
- Conducting product presentations and demonstrations
- Responding to inquiries
- Preparing quotations
- Negotiating sales agreements within defined guidelines

The associate will monitor market trends, report on sales performance, and collaborate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns, pricing strategies, and customer service. The position is commission-based, requiring consistent follow-up, pipeline management, and accurate documentation of sales activities in CRM or similar systems.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and customer relationship skills, including prospecting, lead follow-up, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Experience in account management and business development, preferably within optics, outdoor sports, or related technical products.
- Ability to present and explain technical features of products clearly, with confidence in product demonstrations and trade show interactions.
- Solid organizational and time management skills to handle a commission-based workload, sales targets, and frequent client communication.
- Comfort using digital tools such as CRM systems, email, and online meeting platforms to manage pipelines and remote interactions.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a hybrid setting while collaborating with a wider team.
- Interest in optics, hunting, outdoor sports, or technical equipment sales is highly beneficial.
- Previous experience in field sales or commissioned sales roles is preferred.
- Valid authorization to work in the United Kingdom and willingness to travel to clients and events as needed.
- You have to be living within the following counties to be eligible for the position: Leicestershire, Warwickshire Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Essex, Berkshire, Surrey, Middlesex, Hampshire, Kent, Sussex.
- You are expected to attend certain industrial shows and fairs (4 in total in a year) as well as dealer events as required.

Compensation
- Annual base salary - £30,000.
- Annual potential earning up to £100,000 with commission.
- All expenses are reimbursed.
