To join the South London Mental Health and Community Partnership (SLP) as a Commissioning & Contracts Administrator. This is a varied and rewarding role within a busy and fast-paced environment, supporting the delivery of mental health services across South London.
You will be part of a friendly and supportive team, providing essential administrative support to commissioning and contracts colleagues. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Working closely with a range of stakeholders, you will gain valuable insight into how NHS services are planned, commissioned and delivered. This is a great opportunity to build your experience within the NHS and develop skills that can support future career progression.

About the Role
In this role, you will provide high-quality administrative support within a fast-paced commissioning environment, helping the team to stay organised, efficient and responsive.
You will coordinate meetings, manage diaries, prepare documentation and support the smooth running of day-to-day activities. You will also support the team in maintaining accurate records, tracking actions and ensuring information is up to date and accessible.
The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. You will need to be confident communicating with a range of stakeholders and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in administration, communication and coordination, while gaining exposure to commissioning and contracting processes within the NHS.

Location
The main base for this role is the South London Partnership (SLP) Hub, currently located at Lewisham Town Hall. This location offers good transport links and access to local amenities. There may be opportunities for hybrid working in line with service needs.
