Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Commissioning Engineer. The Commissioning Engineer will perform electrical testing, system commissioning, and troubleshooting for AI-enabled industrial automation and control systems.

- Reviewing technical documentation
- Configuring and validating control panels and field devices
- Ensuring systems meet performance, safety, and compliance requirements
The role involves collaborating with engineering and software teams to integrate AI-driven tools with existing automation infrastructure, documenting test results, and providing feedback for continuous improvement. The Commissioning Engineer will also support remote diagnostics, guide customers through commissioning procedures, and contribute to developing best practices for digital twin and SCADA deployments.
Qualifications
- Strong electrical engineering foundation with skills in Electrical Engineering and Testing for industrial control systems.
- Hands-on experience in Electrical Testing and Troubleshooting of automation equipment and related infrastructure.
- Background working as Commissioning Engineers or in similar commissioning roles, including system start-up and validation.
- Familiarity with SCADA systems, PLCs, and industrial communication protocols is highly beneficial.
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Comfort working remotely with customers and internal teams, using digital tools for collaboration and diagnostics.
- Relevant technical degree or vocational qualification in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality standards.
