A Snapshot of Your Day

You work closely with experienced commissioning engineers, project teams, and customers at sites around the world. Your day includes testing and commissioning turbine and generator control systems, troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing automation processes, and ensuring cybersecurity requirements are met. You collaborate across cultures, contribute to project success, and continuously develop your expertise with the support of mentors and colleagues.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Commissioning of control and protection systems for new installations and modernization projects
  • Testing, diagnosis, and resolution of hardware and software issues through structured troubleshooting activities
  • Optimization of automation and control processes, including implementation of cybersecurity requirements
  • Collaboration with international project teams and customers to ensure successful project execution
  • Contribution to reliable and sustainable power generation through high-quality commissioning activities
  • Support of project delivery and operational performance at customer sites worldwide

What You Bring

  • Degree or technical qualification in Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience level ranging from graduate and early-career professional to experienced engineer
  • Basic knowledge of industrial automation systems; experience with S7, PCS7, or T3000 considered an advantage
  • Understanding of instrumentation, sensors, and actuators, along with good written and spoken English skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills combined with curiosity, willingness to learn, and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Interest in international teamwork and willingness to travel globally for assignments ranging from one week to approximately four months at customer sites
