We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Commissioning Manager to join a major data centre project on the subcontractor side.
🔧 Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical commissioning activities across the project
- Manage commissioning engineers, subcontractors and specialist vendors
- Plan and manage commissioning programmes and schedules
- Oversee pre-commissioning, functional testing and system completion
- Drive systems through L1–L5 commissioning
- Coordinate testing across mechanical, electrical and BMS teams
- Review commissioning procedures, test scripts and documentation
- Identify and resolve technical issues and commissioning constraints
- Manage punch lists, defects and commissioning close-out
- Work closely with the GC, client and CxA through to handover

⚙️ What We’re Looking For
- Proven Mechanical Commissioning Management experience
- Data centre / mission-critical experience
- Strong mechanical systems knowledge
- Experience managing subcontractors and commissioning teams
- Good understanding of commissioning processes and documentation
- Ability to take ownership and drive delivery
