Ross Engineering’s Commissioning (CX) Division

Ross Engineering’s Commissioning (CX) Division supports major data centre and mission-critical projects across Ireland and EMEA. The team delivers end-to-end commissioning services across electrical, mechanical and management disciplines, working in close partnership with contractors and clients to ensure critical infrastructure is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

On-Site Commissioning Manager

As part of our ongoing project delivery and expanding portfolio, we are seeking an experienced and motivated On-Site Commissioning Manager to join our team in mainland Europe. This role is ideal for a technically strong, detail-driven professional who excels in managing complex engineering systems and leading multi-disciplinary teams.

This isn’t a short-term project hire. We’re growing a long-term team backed by a strong pipeline of upcoming work, providing stability, career progression, and opportunities to move between projects as the business expands.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
