If you are an experienced Clinical Commissioning Manager looking to lead a high-end care service from the ground up, this role offers genuine autonomy, strong financial reward, and the chance to build a culture you are proud of. Package & Benefits

  • Salary £75,000 - £90,000 per annum.
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, dependent on length of service.

About the Company

You will be joining a well-capitalised, quality-led care provider operating purpose-built, premium homes. The organisation is focused on long-term sustainability, strong governance, and empowering Registered Managers to run their services with integrity and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hold full accountability for care quality, compliance, occupancy, team engagement, and financial performance.
  • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary management team to deliver consistently high standards of care and hospitality.
  • Drive occupancy and reputation through proactive leadership, community engagement, and collaboration with sales teams.
  • Maintain strong regulatory relationships and ensure the home achieves and sustains high inspection outcomes.

About You

Must be Nurse Qualified

  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager within care, healthcare, or a comparable regulated environment.
  • Demonstrable experience managing large teams and full operational and financial accountability.
