We are recruiting for the following roles for projects across the UK and Europe:

  • Senior/Lead Commissioning Manager
  • Controls Commissioning Manager
  • Electrical Commissioning Manager
  • Mechanical Commissioning Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support end-to-end commissioning activities across electrical/MEP systems
  • Drive commissioning readiness from construction through to handover
  • Ensure commissioning activities are completed safely, on time, and to specification
  • Develop, maintain, and track commissioning programmes and schedules
  • Support overall project integration and delivery planning
  • Coordinate between contractors, vendors, clients, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Chair or participate in commissioning meetings and progress reviews
  • Ensure systems are installed and commissioned in accordance with design intent
  • Review and approve commissioning documentation, procedures, and certification
  • Verify test results, inspections, and functional performance of systems
  • Ensure compliance with project standards, safety requirements, and specifications
  • Develop and maintain commissioning documentation (test scripts, checklists, procedures)
  • Ensure documentation is accurate, controlled, and aligned with project requirements
  • Identify and manage commissioning risks and constraints
  • Support resolution of technical and programme issues
  • Provide regular progress updates and commissioning status reports
  • Promote quality, safety, and operational readiness across all phases
