This one is for someone who doesn't just want to manage commissioning — they want to own it.
I’m looking for an experienced CX Lead to take responsibility for commissioning strategy and delivery on a major data centre project in Hayes.
🔧 The Role
As CX Lead, you’ll drive commissioning across the project, bringing together the client, GC, consultants, vendors and commissioning teams to deliver a successful and fully operational facility.

Responsibilities
- Lead the overall commissioning strategy and delivery
- Manage commissioning teams across multiple disciplines
- Oversee commissioning planning, procedures and execution
- Coordinate with client, GC, consultants and specialist contractors
- Drive system testing, IST and operational readiness
- Manage commissioning risks, issues and programme milestones
- Monitor quality, progress and commissioning performance
- Ensure complete and compliant project handover

👀 Looking For
- Proven leadership experience within commissioning
- Strong data centre / mission critical background
- Experience managing multidisciplinary commissioning teams
- Strong understanding of MEP commissioning
- Excellent stakeholder and project management skills
- Confident operating at senior client level
