We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual with a strong interest in VAWG.

Essential:

• Demonstrable experience of working within the violence against women and girls sector, or within a related partnership, safeguarding, or public service environment.
• Demonstrable experience of building effective partnerships and working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage a range of audiences.
• Demonstrable experience of commissioning, contract management, performance monitoring, or service development within a public sector, voluntary sector, or other relevant sector.
• Experience of supporting the coordination or delivery of projects, programmes, or partnership activity, including the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Evidence of using information and data to support decision-making, identify trends, and contribute to service improvement, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work proactively and independently, as well as collaboratively as part of a wider team.

Desirable:

• Experience of monitoring commissioned services and reviewing performance against contractual requirements.
• Experience of engaging and building relationships with a range of stakeholders, including statutory, voluntary, and community sector organisations.
• Experience of supporting the implementation or mobilisation of new services, projects, or initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple and varied workstreams effectively, balancing immediate priorities alongside longer-term objectives.
• Ability to remain calm and confident when working in sensitive or complex environments, supporting constructive dialogue and maintaining focus on shared outcomes.
