What You Will Do

Join our newly established EMEA Sales Performance Management team as a Commissions Analyst, playing a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely administration of sales commission payments across the region. Working closely with Sales, Payroll, HR, Total Rewards and senior business leaders, you will support the delivery of sales compensation programmes through robust governance, detailed analysis and high standards of data accuracy. This is a fast-paced, deadline-driven role requiring strong analytical capability, stakeholder engagement skills and a commitment to operational excellence.

How You Will Do It

  • Calculate and administer monthly and quarterly sales commission payments across the EMEA region.
  • Validate commission calculations through reconciliation, audit checks and quality assurance processes.
  • Ensure compensation payments are processed in line with approved incentive plans, company policies and governance requirements.
  • Investigate and resolve commission-related queries, disputes and adjustment requests.
  • Maintain accurate audit trails, supporting documentation and approval records.
  • Partner with Payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely commission payments.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for sales teams, managers, HR, Total Rewards and business leaders on compensation matters.
  • Communicate commission plans, payout calculations and policy interpretations clearly and professionally.
  • Produce regular and ad hoc reports to support business performance and decision-making.
  • Analyse sales performance, commission trends and compensation outcomes to identify insights and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales Incentives, Quota Management and Sales Reporting teams to ensure alignment across the Sales Performance Management function.
  • Drive continuous improvements in processes, controls, reporting and operational efficiency.

What We Are Looking For

Required

  • Experience in sales compensation, commissions administration, sales operations, payroll, finance or a related analytical role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
  • Proven experience in data validation, reconciliation and quality assurance activities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to interpret and apply complex compensation plans, policies and business rules.
  • Experience explaining compensation calculations, outcomes and decisions to a range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and consistently deliver to demanding deadlines.
  • Strong organisational skills with a high level of accountability and ownership.

Beneficial

  • Experience with Power BI, Salesforce, Anaplan or similar reporting and compensation platforms.
  • Experience supporting multinational or EMEA sales organisations.
  • Knowledge of sales incentive programmes, quota management and sales performance reporting.
