A respected membership organisation is seeking a Committees Secretary & Executive Assistant to provide governance support and executive assistance to its Senior Leadership Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their governance and committee management expertise while working closely with senior stakeholders. The position combines committee servicing, governance administration and executive support responsibilities.

Salary & Benefits
- £35,000 per annum
- 35 hours per week
- Hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office
- Excellent opportunity to develop committee and governance experience
- Exposure to senior leaders, board members and key stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate committee and governance meetings, including agendas, papers and minutes
- Track actions and maintain governance documentation
- Support governance processes, AGMs and elections
- Provide diary and meeting management support to senior leaders
- Prepare reports, presentations and briefing papers
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion

About You
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work proactively
- Confident using Microsoft Office
