Job Title: Communal Cleaner
Pinnacle Group are recruiting a dedicated Communal Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at a retirement living scheme. You will be joining our Soft Services Cleaning Team, based at a housing complex at Southlands Court, Runcorn WA7.
Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations – including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care.
Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Cleaning of communal internal and external areas such as lifts, stairs, courtyards, paths, grass, etc., as per required contract specification.
- Removing any dumped refuse bags and household items to refuse chambers or other refuse areas.
- Checking communal lighting and replacing blown bulbs.
- Sweeping of hard surfaces and litter picking of soft surfaces.
- Cleaning windows within easy reach.

Key Requirements Will Include
- Good physical health is essential due to the nature of the tasks – bending, climbing stairs and heavy lifting are involved in some tasks.
- Good knowledge and experience, and attention to detail in cleaning services and cleaning equipment, including COSHH and Health and Safety
- The appointment to this role will be subject to completion of a satisfactory Basic DBS.
- Strong communication skills are vital in order to speak with the residents.

Shift Pattern
- Monday to Thursday 9 am - 11.30 am
- Friday 9 am – 11 am
We are offering a part-time role of 12 hours per week, with weekly pay and an immediate start.
