A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Communications Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to one of our key business units in Wind Power. We are open to candidates from various locations within Europe as we believe that diverse perspectives strengthen our team. Your day may involve preparing executives for town halls, supporting organizational change initiatives, developing employee engagement campaigns, or shaping communication strategies that drive business priorities. You will translate complex business topics into compelling narratives, ensuring employees understand the direction of the business and their role in its success. Working in a dynamic and collaborative environment, you’ll partner across functions, regions, and communication teams to strengthen both internal engagement and external visibility while supporting the growth of the renewable energy industry. Occasional travel may be required for this role.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Partner with senior leaders to craft communication strategies that align with business priorities and objectives.
- Advise and support leaders in preparing for business updates, organizational changes, town halls, and leadership events.
- Translate complex business topics into clear, compelling communication for employees and key stakeholders.
- Lead employee engagement and change communications, helping everyone understand our initiatives and their contributions.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the business’s visibility and collaborate with partners to deliver impactful external communications.
- Provide communications counsel during sensitive business situations, supporting crisis and reputation management.
- Build trusted relationships across the organization and communications network, ensuring aligned messaging.

What You Bring
- Proven experience in corporate communications, preferably in industrial, energy, or complex matrixed organizations.
- Proven experience working directly with senior leaders and strong stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities, with a knack for simplifying complex topics.
- Experience in both internal communications and strategic external communications.
- A collaborative mindset and the resilience to remain calm and clear-headed under pressure.
- Strong relationship-building skills across functions, regions, and external partners.
- Curiosity about leveraging AI and digital tools to enhance communication and workflows.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
