You will lead innovative HR and employee transformation programmes across:

Responsibilities

  • Designed EX Strategies
    • Manage the implementation of Employee Experience (EX) strategies across a range of HR programs aimed at driving change in behavioural patterns
  • Engaging Communication
    • Simplify and translate complex concepts into compelling, engaging communications across media, including print and digital, considering insight-driven and data-integrated solutions.
  • Adaptive Solutions
    • Introduce innovative thinking to address client challenges and develop contemporary communication strategies aligned to modern workforce needs.
  • Client Relationships
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, positioning the team as a trusted advisor specialising in Communication & Engagement solutions.
  • Team & Project Leadership
    • Oversee internal project teams, effectively handling client expectations while addressing issues at the Director level.
  • Mentorship & Development
    • Work alongside analysts to review their deliverables, offering guidance and nurturing team members through on-the-job feedback.
  • New Business Development
    • Contribute to new business opportunities by drafting Statements of Work, project plans, and budgets comprising multiple workflows and client teams.
  • Strategic Insights
    • Develop innovative strategies for Employee Experience (EX) and organisational change, including risk assessment and impact analysis, and deliver these effectively to stakeholders.
  • Business Performance
    • Apply deep knowledge of employee engagement, behaviour change, and business outcomes to ensure strategies translate insights into measurable, actionable impact.
  • Develop Intellectual Capital
    • Contribute to forming our new tools, solutions, and approaches for enhanced Employee Experience (EX).
  • Forward-Thinking Leadership
    • Act as a change agent within the Practice, encouraging innovation in thinking, capabilities, and work approaches to maintain a distinctive, future-focused direction.
  • Revenue Growth Goals
    • Commit to profitable revenue targets by meeting individual sales and billable hours expectations.
