Chesterfield College are seeking a part-time Communication Support Worker to join a passionate and highly effective team.

- Are you competent in British Sign Language at level 2 or above, ideally level 3?
- Are you able to convey information accurately to deaf or hard of hearing learners?
- Are you confident advising others on inclusive practices and environmental adjustments to ensure equity, inclusion and belonging?
- Are you able to mentor those staff in other classroom support roles?
