Role Overview
The Talent Set are delighted to partner with Blue Lozenge, a brilliant health communications agency on 2 fantastic Account Manager (Digital Communications & PR) roles. These are pivotal roles delivering high-quality communication and engagement projects for clients, with a particular focus on the health and care sectors. You will manage day-to-day client relationships and lead on the delivery of communications campaigns and projects that drive real impact. Acting as a trusted consultant, you’ll work collaboratively across teams to develop and implement effective communication strategies and build strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement communication strategies tailored to client needs and objectives.
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their communication requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated communication campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
- Prepare detailed reports, proposals, and presentation materials for clients and stakeholders.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Person Specification
- Strong experience in PR or digital communications campaign planning and delivery.
- Proven experience in account management within the communications or marketing sector.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism and the ability to communicate clearly.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Adaptable and receptive to feedback, with a collaborative approach to work.
- Ability to manage client expectations and resolve issues diplomatically.
- Proficiency in relevant communication tools and software.
- A proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

What’s on Offer
- Salary: £45,000-£55,000
- Location: Bromley, 3-4 days/week
- Contract Type: Permanent, full-time or part-time
