Communications Analyst | Front Office Trading | Cisco UC, SIP & Webex | Upto £700/Day Inside | Hybrid (3 Days LDN)

A Communications Analyst is required by a leading global financial markets firm to join a high performing Front Office Technology team.

This role sits at the heart of a business where communication technology is mission critical. You'll be responsible for the voice infrastructure that supports traders and brokers executing business across global financial markets, ensuring every call, recording and communication platform performs flawlessly in a highly regulated environment.

This is a business that continues to invest heavily in its technology estate, modernising its enterprise voice platform through cloud telephony, collaboration technologies and next-generation communications infrastructure.

💡 Experience supporting voice technologies within a Front Office trading environment is essential.

📈 The Project

You'll join the team responsible for delivering resilient, low-latency voice services across global trading floors.

Working closely with Front Office users, Compliance and Infrastructure teams, you'll help drive the evolution of the firm's enterprise communications platform, supporting both business-critical telephony and regulatory recording technologies.

🎯 What They're Looking For

This is a specialist Voice Communications role.

They're looking for someone with a strong enterprise communications background who understands the demands of supporting business critical communications within a regulated trading environment.

You'll be confident working directly with traders and brokers, resolving complex issues, delivering new technologies and ensuring communications remain secure, resilient and fully compliant.

They're particularly interested in people who can demonstrate experience of:

  • ✅ SIP-based voice solutions
  • ✅ Designing and administering Session Border Controllers (SBCs)
  • ✅ Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
  • ✅ Cisco Webex Calling & Webex Control Hub
  • ✅ Voice recording platforms and communications compliance
  • ✅ Supporting regulated communication recording requirements
  • ✅ Trade voice systems and trading floor communications
  • ✅ Working directly with traders, brokers and Front Office users

‼️ Previous experience supporting enterprise voice technologies within a trading floor or regulated financial services environment is essential. ‼️
