Elior Support Services – The People Behind Every Plate

Every great meal starts somewhere. Not just in our kitchens, but in the teams that support them. Whether you're driving strategy, managing risk, building brands, supporting our people, or keeping our business running smoothly, your work helps create the conditions for great food and exceptional service.

You may not be on the frontline. But your influence will be felt in every dish served, every contract won and every guest experience we create.

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday

Job ID: 8078

We’re looking for a Communications & Brand Manager to help shape how Elior is seen, heard and experienced, both inside and outside our business.

Reporting to our Head of Communications & Brand, you’ll be at the heart of our communications activities, turning ideas and business priorities into engaging campaigns, content and stories that make an impact.

From showcasing our brilliant people and chefs to bringing our culture to life, supporting senior leaders and strengthening our reputation across the industry, this is a role with plenty of scope to get stuck in and make a difference.

If you’re someone who can spot a great story, turn complex ideas into compelling content and make things happen, we’d love to hear from you.

What you'll be serving up…

  • Helping deliver our communications and brand strategy, turning priorities into campaigns, content and activity that gets noticed.
  • Owning our communications plan and calendar, keeping activity organised, on track and moving across the business.
  • Acting as a brand guardian, making sure our messaging, tone of voice and visual identity are consistent across everything we do.
  • Working with stakeholders across Elior to shape the right message, audience, channel and approach.
  • Finding and developing stories that showcase our people, chefs, expertise, partnerships, impact and success.
  • Creating, editing and publishing engaging content across a wide range of channels, from leadership communications and newsletters to presentations, websites, campaigns and social media.
  • Leading day-to-day internal communications, helping colleagues stay informed, engaged and connected to what’s happening across Elior.
  • Working closely with senior leaders and business functions on leadership communications, business updates, campaigns and change communications.
  • Building Elior’s external profile by identifying PR opportunities, developing stories and working with our PR agency and spokespeople to bring them to life.
  • Managing our PR and communications agency relationship, ensuring activity is focused, aligned and delivering value.
  • Supporting reputation and issues management when required, bringing together the right stakeholders and communications partners.
  • Identifying awards and recognition opportunities that showcase our people, our work and our impact.
  • Managing our website and corporate social channels, keeping content fresh, relevant and on brand.
  • Using digital and social insight to understand what’s working, what isn’t and where we can do more.
  • Managing communications projects from brief to delivery, coordinating stakeholders, agencies, suppliers, approvals and budgets.
  • Working closely with our wider Elior Group communications teams to align with Group priorities and showcase UK success stories.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The ingredients you'll bring...

  • Experience in a communications, brand, PR or content-focused role, ideally within a fast-paced organisation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make messages clear, engaging and relevant to different audiences.
  • A strong eye for tone of voice and detail, with the confidence to act as a brand guardian.
  • A natural storyteller who knows how to spot the interesting angle and turn it into content people actually want to read.
  • Hands-on content creation skills and the confidence to write, edit, format and publish content yourself.
  • Experience managing digital and social channels, with an understanding of how to use data and insight to improve performance.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to work with senior leaders and colleagues across a large organisation.
  • Experience working with agencies, suppliers or external partners, with the ability to brief, manage and challenge when needed.
  • Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects, deadlines and priorities without losing sight of the detail.
  • A proactive, creative and practical approach. You’ll be someone who sees something that could be better and gets on with making it better.
  • A genuine interest in brands, people, culture and what makes organisations stand out.

This is an opportunity to join a team where you’ll have a genuine hand in shaping how Elior is represented.
