About Inform

Hey, we are The Inform Team, and we’re glad you’re considering applying for this role.

Driving change. Empowering people. Unlocking value.

We are a Microsoft partner specialising in the people side of AI, digital and Modern Work transformation. We help organisations move from technology ambition to practical, secure and measurable value by bringing together strategy, change, communications, learning, adoption and AI-enabled delivery.

Our work is rooted in a simple idea: technology only creates value when people understand it, trust it and use it confidently in the flow of real work. That is why our approach is people-first, outcome-led and grounded in the realities of how organisations operate.

  • Strategy, Maturity and Readiness: helping organisations get clarity, set direction and build confidence for AI-enabled change.
  • Modern Work: helping people adopt Microsoft 365, Copilot and better ways of working so change is embedded, not just launched.
  • The Agentic Workforce: helping organisations design, build and scale trusted agents, automation and human-agent operating models safely and practically.

Since we started in 2013, we have worked with public and private sector organisations to help them adopt Microsoft 365, Copilot, AI and new ways of working. We support customers from early readiness and strategy through to adoption, capability-building, governance, value measurement and agent-enabled transformation.

We are recognised for Microsoft expertise and proven organisational transformation capability. We are a Microsoft Solutions Partner for AI Business Solutions and hold specialist credentials in Microsoft 365 Copilot and Adoption and Change Management. But we are not here to run isolated workshops or talk about technology in the abstract. We work alongside customers to solve real problems, reduce risk, build confidence and demonstrate measurable outcomes.

Our teams bring together consultants, change managers, communications specialists, learning and adoption experts, digital specialists, project managers, designers and delivery leads. We are remote-first, collaborative and values-led, with a mix of permanent employees and trusted contractors that allows us to scale around customer needs.

We put people and culture first because that is how we do our best work. We value curiosity, clarity, creativity and care. We want people who can work well with others, do the right thing, and deliver with creativity and passion.

What we offer

Because we embrace the opportunities from the technology we help roll out, we have flexible working patterns to fit in with your travel, families, personal development and other activities. We think this helps our team be the fully rounded experts our clients need. Alongside generous pay, we try to create a learning and social environment. So while we have a working-from-anywhere set up, you will feel connected and supported.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
