Salary: £47,150.00 per annum
Location: Hybrid working – Norwich or Cambridge
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Fixed term Maternity cover for up to 12 months

With two state-of-the-art helicopters and a fleet of critical care vehicles, our expert teams of doctors and paramedics bring advanced pre-hospital emergency medical care directly to people when they need it most.
About the Role

As Communications and Engagement Manager, you’ll shape how the whole region sees, hears, and feels the impact of this charity: from the campaigns that win new supporters, the events that bring communities face to face with our crews and volunteers, and the internal messages that keep our own people proud of the work they do.

You’ll lead a small, talented team within the Brand and Marketing Communications Team, and work hand-in-hand with the Fundraising and Supporters Team to deliver exceptional communications at every touchpoint. This is a cross-charity role: your storytelling underpins the income that keeps helicopters fuelled, crews trained, and lives saved.
